Project Overview

A manufacturing operations system designed for factory floor personnel, covering production reporting, working hours, scrap reporting, quality and defect records, label printing, inventory receipt processes, PDA data uploads, production reports, and efficiency analysis.

The existing system suffered from performance issues, complex processing logic, incomplete database design, intermittent bugs, and user interfaces that did not align well with actual factory workflows.

The project involved reanalyzing user requirements and manufacturing processes, redesigning the application and database structure, improving the user experience, and integrating production-related workflows with SAP.
