Project Overview

An enterprise-wide training management system designed to manage employee training activities, course planning, instructors, certifications, training sessions, assessments, examinations, online courses, and training reports.

The legacy application was constrained by an outdated 32-bit environment and primarily supported traditional classroom-based training workflows, with limited functionality for modern training requirements.

The project involved analyzing existing business processes, redeveloping the application, modernizing its technical foundation, and introducing new capabilities including online training and expanded reporting.
